Founded in 1979 by John C. Morgan, Morgan Framing, Inc. has built a reputation for excellent construction performance utilizing quality materials and workmanship. From early in our history, Morgan Framing has been known as a model of expertise and excellence in the production framing industry. Over the years the builders began to ask for our help with their customer care issues. As the builders’ requests increased in frequency, we began to become more specialized in the customer care aspect of the building industry and in 1998 Morgan Framing began performing all of their water leak detection, water damage repair and other customer care work under the Dba of Professional Builders Service, also known as PBS.

Setting high standards for customer satisfaction and meeting those standards continues to be the blueprint for building our company today. Our staff goes the extra mile to provide the most complete and reliable customer care service possible. Our top management has a combination of over 160 years in the construction industry. When a builder needs our help, we draw upon our experience with people and our experience in construction to take care of everything; from scheduling with the homeowner to the final clean-up. And we pursue safety with the same tenacity as our quest for customer satisfaction.

We offer one of the most highly desired services to the builder; coordination. The breadth of services that we offer is rare in the building industry. No longer is a builder required to handle the cumbersome scheduling of a multitude of contractors to perform their sales office construction, model conversion and prep, water intrusion testing, water damage repair, and warranty repair projects.
